Two sense of human being : genetic sense of human being=human genetic code, genetic sense is not sufficient for person hood (ex: permanently brain dead individuals) Premise 1 is true only if the moral sense is intended. Premise 2 is true only if the genetic sense is intended. Every person has a right to life. A person"s right to life always outweighs a mother"s right to decide what happens to her body.
