The crime took place in front of a book store where 28 noticed the attack. John f. kennedy was assassinated 4 months before this happened. 38 people then witnessed the murder and didn"t say anything. The ethical issues are the witness who saw this cold-blooded murder and did not telephoned anybody until after they were found dead. This situation is shocking and it took place years ago. April 2016, the murder was killed in prison and brought the case back alive. The author should combine the paragraphs for effectiveness it can become an actually story instead of a newspaper article. Description tells readers about physical characteristics pf a person, place, or thing. Ground zero takes places from the terrors attack 9/11. On september 11, 2001 the twin towers were destroyed.
