Intraspeci c (always within a speci c species, variation within a species) and interspeci c (variation you can nd between species) Biological species concept: reproducing, isolated, viable offspring, this applies to all species but is problematic. Problematic: we have more microbes in our system than human cells, not all species on this planet reproduce sexually, some animals are asexual, hybrids are an issue (individual from two species, how does this happen?) Relates to intra/interspeci c, using a timeline to tell when species mate, variation through time.
