It is responsible for the motor production of language. It is in the left hemisphere of the frontal lobe of most people. This area is needed for language comprehension. It is found in the left temporal lobe. This is caused by a loss of substantia nigra and the presence of lewi bodies. The substantia nigra is found in the midbrain.
