Sources of corruption: a cross- country study. british journal of political science. In no more than a paragraph, briefly outline the findings. There was not a solid finding in regards to a correlation in economic competition and corruption. It was also found that government size does not systematically affect corruption, but being a member of the oil producing and exporting countries does. Corruption was also found to be less common in lower income countries. The hypothesis that larger governments generate more corruption was supported. But the hypothesis stating more competitive political structures inhibit corruption obtained mixed results and could not be discerned. Often times, body image ideals are thought to only impact females. But there is evidence depicting a lack of positive male self image. Specifically the effects on a personal level in regards to social media and traditional media exposure.
