Although many stated that they weren"t forced or coerced into selling their kidney, they felt as though in their situation that there was no other option. Selling in organ in the philippines provides more money than about 1-2 years of work. No country is immune to the trade of organs . Children have lost their parents: making them orphans, abducted to be child soldiers and sex and labor slaves.
