Each branch on the tree holds a new version of the ancestor species as it has new adapted traits and characteristics. Scientific study is guided by natural law, and findings must be explained by natural law. Its conjectures are testable against the empirical world, its conclusions are not absolute and may not be the ultimate end of study. it can be proven wrong. 6 steps of the scientific method: observation, question, hypothesis usually evolved from prior theory, empirical test, conclusions, publications. For every experiment one should complete a null hypothesis. Null hypothesis a hypothesis that allows for a rejection of our hypothesis based on the data.
