Whichever has the higher frequency has the higher energy!! The sun emits the entire electromagnetic spectrum, however not all of those reach the earth: only the inferred, uv and visible light reaches the surface, this is based on intensity. Uv light is the most damaging to people on earth: this is because it has the highest energy.
