Homework #6 is the negotiating, agreeing upon, and drafting of a team charter. Each person must upload his copy of the document to blackboard. Later, if there are teamwork problems, the instructor will refer to the team charter in search of a resolution. In meetings, we will set designated times and work efficiently. Decision making: we are not going to assign team leaders, but will all equally contribute our ideas, everyone will have a say in larger group decisions, when our ideas conflict, we will have a silent vote. In the brainstorming process, we will accept all ideas.
