Warehousing & distribution: allow companies to store materials & nished products. Modes of transportation: truck, rail, air, pipeline, water. You are part of supply chains in some way, shape or form: we"re all customers @ end of supply chain. Flow of a supply chain: suppliers (raw materials) manufacturers customers.
