Peter berger a sense of homelessness (book the homeless mind: little control over key aspects of their lives (economy, government, health care, etc. ) Sociologist people are feeling homeless in the organizations, they don"t feel like they belong. E. g. republicans harassed obama with the obama care, to rip it out, but they didn"t have a plan after it. People think the economy dies its own things, but you have to adjust. Humans are the weak link, objectivity is inside us, organizations represent objectivity with rules, and we are control. This issue is more than a psychological. Org have some sense of autonomy that people doesn"t have control over, there"s objectivity and subjectivity.
