Situational interview: the interviewer focuses on hypothetical situations. Behavioral-description interview: the interviewer explores what applicants have actually done in the past. Relationship between job enlargement vs enrichment vs simplification. Job simplification: reducing the number of tasks a worker performs. Job enlargement: increasing the number of tasks in a job to increase variety and motivation. Job enrichment: building into a job such motivating factors as responsibility, achievement, recognition, stimulating work, and advancement.
