Developed under this atmosphere-- jews were off on a good start up to 1919-- when treaty of versaille was signed and that"s when there was hostile treatment towards jews. Maxwell was the only person who answered the connection between electricity, magnetism, light, and propagation of light. All of them were mysteries in the 17th centuries. 1870s: maxwell theoretically showed that light is only a small part of electromagnetism. Comes from the interaction of magnetic field to electric field. Speed of all magnetism is equal to speed of light, and showed that the speed of light is constant (300,000 km/s)
