Final exam is not cumulative, neither are the first two exams. Practice exams don"t indicate what will be tested, they are not outlines for studying, only an indication of the style and format of the real exam. Detailed outline of course is on syllabus on ctools, also includes reading guide. Market is a means of allocating resources, used a lot, prevalent resource allocation mechanism. Economics is how to allocate limited resources among many.
