A young person can give consent at any age if they understand the issues involved. Don"t understand consider getting parent/guardian to give consent. Client requests that photographs not be used in any way - must take all reasonable steps to respect their wishes and protect their privacy. Young person can retract consent at any time to have their photograph published in future if this happens.
