Language is a construct, you don"t see language and the way scientists think about language has developed over time. Paradox - you focus on differences and similarities of the twobut everyone uses language and there must be something universal. One language is not better than the other, they are just structurally different. Everyone seems to have language, but it is highly complex, no one consciously chooses to teach language.
