The 5 soft skills employers seek in todays digital economy. 360-degree thinking is often thought of as a holistic, multi-dimensional and analytical strategy for problem solving that involves three key skills: hindsight, insight and foresight. Cultural competence is more than just knowing a foreign language or having travelled overseas to a lot of different counties.
