From the results and reading the chapter, it has come to my attention that my self awareness needs increase. According to this chapter, it is almost impossible to increase self awareness without focusing on self disclosure (whetten, d. a. , & I have to focus on opening myself to others and interact with people on a day to day basis. I should focus on my peers perspectives as well as asking them for advice for my situations. The results from the assessment does line up with situations that have occurred in my life.
