But if she stayed she would be disobeying her manager. Plaintiff wins: stewart v. intercity packers ltd. Goal oriented company with aggressive sales force. Spent life in sales (as salesman or sales manager) Stewart believed whistler (part of his territory) did not supply enough profits to require driving there a lot. Talked to president, mr. mathes and sales manager mr. carrier.
