Usually more comfortable wriing w/ their dominant hand. Agility of dominant hand; outward expression of superior motor control on one side of brain. Right handed; let brain and vice versa. Mixed handedness; person writes w/ right hand but on the baseball ield bats or throws w/ let. 95% right handers process speech on the let hemisphere and are let brain dominant. 70% let handers produce speech from let hemisphere just like right handed people. 19% of all let handers and 3% of righies use their right brain for language. Some let handed use both sides of the brain for language processing. Right handed straight wriing and let handed hooked wriing; let brain dominant for language. Let handed below line wriing and right handed hooked righing; right brain for dominant for language.
