Pick up small objects w/ thumb and forefinger, feed self w/ spoon. Hops on each foot for 1 m but still holds railing. Catches and controls a 10 ball in both hands w/ arms in front of body gross motor skills large movements (running, climbing, hopping, etc) fine motor skills small, coordinated movements (drawing, writing, etc) 30 mins of high intensity morning exercise, obese teens ate significantly less in the next 24 hrs w/o feeling deprived. Tips for society: don"t discriminate, hold the blame target obesity prevention efforts at women of childbearing age.
