It has been argued that children may respond to suggestive influences because they trust and want to cooperate with adult interviewers. Changes to the cognitive system: children misattribute where information came from. Should anatomically detailed dolls be used: not only is there no standardization for what the dolls should look like, but there are also no standard procedures for scoring the behaviours that children exhibit when interacting with the dolls. It is believed that children are able to understand the representational nature of a two- dimensional drawing at a younger age than the symbolic meaning of three-dimensional models such as anatomical dolls.
