Communication infrastructures are designed to enable us to communicate across networks. Infrastructure literacy is an important issue, disguising infrastructure as nature. We keep people uninformed about the network technologies they use every day. Most people know very little about the infrastructures that support communication whether broadcasting or web or wireless systems.
