Organizational behaviour: the discipline that sets out to explain human behaviour in organizations by examining the behaviour of individuals, groups, or all the members of an organization as a whole. Studying ob enhances your self-awareness and capacity of self-improvement, equips to serve in managerial roles in organizations, enables you to understand, interact with, and influence other. The work of managers and leaders is a great responsibility because it deals with people, their values, and their personal development management is deeply involved in moral concerns.
