Sustainable ob is consistent with the growing interest emphasizes corporate social responsibility (csr): the responsibility of organizations to act in ways that protect and improve the welfare of multiple stakeholders. Conventional and sustainable ob must deal with the same key stakeholders, but their orientations toward the stakeholders differ.
