Speed and depth of breathing increase brings oxygen to the tissues and removes waste feelings of breathlessness, choking or smothering, or chest pains. Sweating increases cools the body and makes the skin slippery. Often leads to subjective feelings of apprehension, nervousness, difficulty concentrating, and panic behavioral system.
