Where was your business three years ago 2. Q1: op perf + org health + Q2: inward looking and self-satisfied but are performing inadequately in terms of market or financial standards. Q3: business achieving operating health at expense of organizational health. Usually caused by pressure to obtain short-term profits (i. e. by downsizing etc) Q4: op perf org health - where immediate action is necessary.
