Loc, high protein diet with 8-10 glasses of water, monitor i&o, pulmonary edema signs: non-stress test, serial ultrasounds, amniocentesis, doppler velocimetry and biophysical profile for fetus, glucocorticoids to enhance lung maturity. Labour induction: stimulation of uterine contractions by medical or surgical means to produce delivery before onset of spontaneous labour, 20%, increased risk for c-section.
