Defining friend" and enemy": friend = someone who is both believed to be useful and is useful, enemy = someone who is both believed to be not useful and is not useful. S: it isn"t the function of a just person to harm a friend or anyone else, but rather it is the function of his opposite (an unjust person) But: s says that we are actually incapable of finding a clear-cut definition of justice: for how can someone give a clear argument when he himself does not know it and doesn"t claim to know it. An unjust person tries to outdo those unlike him. Justice = virtue and wisdom whereas injustice = vice and ignorance.
