External: lack of funds to pay for the treatment. What we will discuss in this chapter . Data from canadian mental health and well-being survey suggests 8% of adults consulted with a professional. However, similar to julie"s case, one doesn"t always find nor complete appropriate treatment. 10% of population 15 or older reported symptoms consistent with anxiety, depression, bipolar or substance abuse. 22% reported they wanted help but could not get it.
