The career feedback report really did capture my personality down to a tee. To start off with, there were two traits listed in the report that really resonated with me. The part about the report that really highlighted my personality and connected with me was the section regarding leading and influencing others. I am a very laidback person who does not seek leadership roles. However i do care about succeeding and getting things done, so i will confidently take charge if a situation calls for it. Some of my positive leadership qualities include being open to feedback and being considerate of the other team members. An example of this would be in a group project for my gms200 class last semester. The group did not have a designated leader at the beginning, but in the end i had to take charge and direct everyone since we were not being productive and was bound to fail.
