Ethical leadership & corporate culture: must be a consistent tone throughout the firm. Inclusive: the level of stress, expectations are different from other students, different competitive environment, looking towards the future, faculty, staff, community. How does culture affect (un) ethical behaviour: how can corporate culture make ethical behaviour more likely, the corporate executives may not live up to the ethics they preach.
