Identify stakeholders & consider the situation from their pov: consider the available alternatives also called moral imagination , consider how a decision affects stakeholders, comparing & weighing the alternatives based on, consequences, duties, rights, principles. Implications for personal integrity & character: make a decision, monitor & learn from the outcome. Stakeholders: employees, customers, local community, gov"t, suppliers, owners, why think about stakeholder, they can affect you, reminds us whose interest matters, a useful checklist. It"s a matter of taking ourselves out of the decision & see how others look at it.
