Bronfenbrenner was a pioneer studying children behaviour. For a child to develop emotionally, socially, and morally, they child needs to participate in complex activity on a regular basis over a long period of time. With people the child develops a strong bond with and is committed to look for the well-being of the child. Every child needs at least on adult who will do anything for them. Disrupted due to single parent households and loss of family. 2 part solution to problems of alienation and anti-social behaviour. Involve adults directly in the life space of children. Family, school, and peers have the biggest influence on a child. Children who experience problems are labelled as having disruptive behaviour disorder. When assessing a child s ecology and designing positive interventions, these questions must be looked at. When ecology is balanced the life of the child is balanced.
