Our productive interaction with nature is labour hence why our actions would are labeled as labour.” - Everything have a “use value” and an “exchange value” (In market- EV=price) - Has an inherent value: a socially necessary labour time to produce the commodity - Commodity is a thing produced or exchanged (i.e sale on market – usually tangible items) - Capitalism is a social system --- most production --- commodities for exchange ---old relations ---die, displaced (political) - People have to make a living for survival so they become “wage labourers.” $ is the means for survival. - Value for commodity is in the LABOUR
