Businesses started to offer online shopping and the number of online orders increased by a lot. Businesses are starting to use social networking sites to connect their employees, customers, and managers around the world. There are 3 interrelated changes in the technology area: The growing business use of big data. The growth in cloud computing, where more and more business software runs over the internet. As management behaviour changes, how work is organized, coordinated and measured also changes. Since everyone uses social networking, this is where work gets done, where plans get executed and where managers manage. Now a days, the world is again thought of as "flat" because the internet and global communications had greatly reduced the economic and cultural advantages of developed countries.
