The communications management plan can be part of the team contract. Having stakeholders review and approve all stakeholder communications analysis will ensure that the information is correct and useful. Information regarding the content of essential project communications comes from the wbs. The stakeholder communications analysis serves as a good starting point for information distribution. Often, many non-technical professionals from colleagues to managers prefer to have a two-way conversation about project information to try to find pertinent information. Short face-to-face meetings are often more effective, particularly for sensitive information.
