If we study something over and over again we enhance our neurons that carry out information and make it better. Refers to the ability of the nervous system to change ( plasticity ) As you grow older you form new dendrites, new axons. Areas of your brain that you are using are growing and those areas are getting thicker. We don"t practice it does not develop. Cell that can grow into anything mimicry . People under 30 are more likely to develop speech than a older person.
