Stage one ends when the developer test the new idea with a back of the envelope pro forma: a simple comparison of value and costs. A developer should consider how a particular project ts into the strategy for his company. Brainstorming is a group (or individual) exercise devoted to producing the largest possible number of creative ideas during a given period of time. Nominal group is a technique for establishing priority among ideas identi ed by a group. a group ranks and votes on generated ideas.
