Performance behaviours = total set of work-related behaviours that org expects employees to display. Organizational citizenship = positive behaviours that do not directly contribute to bottom line. Absenteeism = employee does not show up for work. Turnover = annual percentage of org"s workforce that leaves & must be replaced. Lo 2 describe the nature and importance of individual differences among employees. Individual differences = personal attributes that vary from one person to another. Personality = relatively stable set of psychological attributes that distinguish one person from another. Agreeableness: person"s ability to get along with others, high level of agreeableness better at dvlping good working relationships. Conscientiousness: number of things person tries to accomplish, highly conscientious ppl focus on few tasks & are more organized.
