High power distance: high respect and priority for money. Egalitarian culture: discouraged from openly talking about money. Moivaional efect: higher pay, higher job performance, symbolic value. Pay for pulse rewards represent the largest part of most paycheques. Some beneits are provided equally to everyone, but others increase with seniority.
