Openness - how open or rigid a person is in their beliefs. Locus of control - extent to which a person believes that their behaviour effects what happen to them. Self-efficacy - person"s belief regarding their capabilities to perform a task. Authoritarianism - belief that power and status differences are appropriate within social systems. Machiavellianism - behaviours designed to gain power and control. Self-esteem - individual"s belief in their own worth. Risk propensity - degree to which a person is willing to make risky decisions.
