Aggressive behaviour will not always qualify as criminal. Destructive physical aggression intentionally directed at harming another person or things. All violence behaviour are aggressive behaviour but not all aggressive behaviour is violent. Humans are programmed agressive to defend themselves, family, and territory from intruders. Humans become violent by acquiring aggressive modes and actions from society psychoanalytical/ psychodynamic view point.
