Self fulfilling prophecy (ppl have an expectation about what another person is like, which influences how they act toward that person, which, in turn causes that person to behave consistently with their original expectations) Mental shortcuts judgmental heuristics (mental shortcuts ppl use to make judgment"s quickly and efficiently) Availability heuristic (basing a judgment on the ease with which you can bring something to mind) use when making judgments about self and other ppl.
