Section 15-equality rights: guarantees the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination (race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, ect) *provides the foundation for canada s human rights legislation. Human rights case examples y race and colour, sexual orientation, age, religion, family status. Employer responsibility: provide as safe and healthy working environment. If the employer is aware or ought to be aware they could be charge as well. Sexual coercion: performing sexual favours for job benefits.
