This language consists of just two digits: 0 and 1. Each 0 and 1 is a binary digit, or bit. Eight binary digits combine to make one byte. Also used to represent the data and information that it inputs and outputs. Amounts of bytes include kilobytes, megabytes, and gigabytes. y kilobyte= 1000 bytes y megabyte= 1 million bytes y gigabyte= 1 billion bytes y terabyte= 1 trillion bytes.
