An Emerging Aim: Happiness? - Happiness, as an aim, would focus on exploration of factors and knowledge that might contribute to a happy life. This area should be considered by teachers when formulating philosophies of education. **Questions include: Can happiness be taught or learned? Can education make us happy? If so, what type?
