implementing healthy living strategies
The Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines recommends adults aged 18-64 years-
old accumulate at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous-intensity aerobic
physical activity (MVPA) per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more. They also
recommend two days of bone-strengthening activities using motor muscle groups
a week.
