Gender differences in mating strategies for reproductive success-bc men and women have different biological roles for reproduction, they also have very different strategies for passing on their genes. Erotic plasticity-influence of social and cultural forces on sex drive and expressions of sexual behaviour. We are all born with biologically based sex drives that must be channelled through socially approved outlets. Erogenous zones-many parts of the body are responsive to sexual stimulation. Psychosexual development-children undergo 5 stages corresponding to the main erogenous zones (oral, anal, phallic, latency, genital)
