Certain things to build child up (specifically their self-esteem) Important that parents: see with fresh eyes: and attend to child"s particular-ness, express unconditional love and messages that they are competent. Children able to trust parents when: their real needs are met, parental promises are kept, parents are not afraid to apologize or say no when reshuffle is necessary.
